Tracking House Accounts?

Hi

I'm trying to find the best way of tracking payments in our shared house. We all contribute towards rent, water, gas, electricity, council tax etc... and i want to be able to track our payments on a spreadsheet to be able to keep an eye on how much we have all paid for each bill.

Does anyone have a template for something like this? i'd also like to show on it a summary page with how much we have all paid into the house - eg deposits, initial payments etc, so i know how much we are all owed back at the end.
