I ordered 3 sets of underwear online, due to an error on their websitee the bras were coming up as costing £0.00. All throiught the different stages of ordering this didn't change. I assumed they would ring me before dispatching the order to request additional money for the bras, they didn't. They sent out the underwear within a week. One month later they have realised their error and are now requesting payment. I have a receipt clearly stating that the bras were £0.00 and there is no money outstanding, where do I stand?

Techincally the contract is complete upon dispatch. Ultimately it comes down to morally whether you feel you should pay or not.Always ask ACAS0

Wearing some free underwear
I'm quite surprised they've got the brass neck to ask you for the money though. As far as I can tell they've not got a leg to stand on."There may be a legal obligation to obey, but there will be no moral obligation to obey. When it comes to history, it will be the people who broke the law for freedom that will be remembered and honoured." --Rt. Hon. Tony Benn0
