Velux Window

Hi
I had a Velux window which would not open and 4 others that were stiff and in a bad way. Tried Velux themselves but would not help me as windows were out of their guanantee. However they put me on to another company AR Windows. Two blokes (ex Velux engineers) who were great, came out the same week that i phoned and sorted my problem.
