Top-up degrees classification

I have a question and google is not answering it so I figured I would ask here!
I'm going on to do a top-up degree after a foundation degree (which will be at a different university also).
I know that with normal degrees the second and third year marks are used for classification. How is it for top-up degrees? Is the last year of my foundation degree used, or is it just that year?

It's entirely dependent on how your awarding university (whatever university it states on your degree certificate) assigns a degree. The final classification of my degree is worked out using results from all three years though the final year is worth more than the other two.0

I think it is based on the amount of credit points you have, you will need to achieve a certain amount of credit points, the course top up course university will be able to tell you how many credit points you have on this course and how that works. It is best to talk to the university and see how that works for that course and that university0

You need a cetain number of credits to be awarded a degree but this doesn't have anything to do with the degree classification.0
