Had Lloyds TSB cancelled my Unplanned Overdraft fees?

Hi,
In August last year I got into Unplanned O/D. It was 3 pounds of fee for the freshly opened Silver Account which I haven't paid in on time and which they "borrowed" me. I paid in some money ten days later but also recieved a letter stating that I was using Unplanned O/D and they will charge me for this - about 70 pounds. And they will notice me 2 weeks before they'll take this money from my account. I decided to comply, wait for the notice, pay the fees and maybe reclaim this money after they would take it from me. But since then (it's half a year now) they didn't send me any notice and they didn't take any money (apart from the monthly fees) from my account. Does it mean that they just waived this fee and the case is over?

Thanks in advance
