I think this is a troll posting. :naughty: Now we dont need name calling, were adults on here and we should treat people with respect, in respect to whether we believe or disbelieve what is being posted.

We dont know each other on a personal level, so I think we should give benefit of doubt or we dont post at all. :shhh:

I said the posting is a troll posting not the OP is a troll, looking at the other responses, it would appear on this occasion the wool was not pulled over all the respondants eyes ;)

What disgraceful behaviour. I asked an acceptable question and expected to receive an adult response. I did not expect to receive abuse. I am totally disgusted.

You have had plenty of answers on the 1st page all adult, it seems you are the only one acting 'disgracefully' on this occasion :o

NRP is telling me that he is reducing the amount of money that is coming to me because he is paying into a pension fund. Is there a limit on how much money can be put away? The only reason I question it, is because I am now down an absolute fortune and cannot afford to pay for OUR daughters swimming, dance & tutoring etc. The CSA say that they are going to investigate, but I won't hold my breath as it seems to take weeks to get an answer from them. Wouldn't squirreling a large amount of money away be considered depriving yourself of funds or something similar to that? Sorry about all of the questions. Still quite new to all of this

If he is deemed to be putting too much away, then he can be subjected to the deprivation rules. Do you know how much he is putting away?

I know that he earns about 220K per annum and I'm getting just less than £300 per month. I'm not sure how much he would be putting away to get to that figure with the CSA.

I was actually laffing at my own ignorance and not your post. I was actually standing your corner as I thought you were being name-called.
What others think of your post has nothing to do with what I think!!!
  • £220K a year
and paying £300 a month Bloody hell I was paying more than that on £22K a year.

Mind you with the increases in income tax and NI due, you'd better tighten your belt love cos you'll have even less coming in when he starts paying 50% tax rather than 40%
 I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex

I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )
  • Actually I should add hang on you're getting £300 a month, no you aren't your daughter is.

and with the other stuff you should be able to get/earn the you can afford to pay for her lessons out of that
