Error message - help please

Hi,
I am trying to reinstall the driver for my EPSON STYLUS C60 printer.
When I try to load up the disk with the driver, I get the following message :
"The WIN16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected Mode, DOSX.EXE must be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your PATH"
Anyone any idea what is wrong and how to rectify

Microsofts Help and Support result
they're are lots of results on google, just by searching the exact words you put up. If the windows help page doesnt help, take a look at the google results 0 -
See if Google search results for EPSON STYLUS C60 WIN16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected Mode helps - specific to your printer so narrows it down. If no joy with that one, try removing words from the search, e.g. 'C60' to widen the search and get results for any Epson Stylus printer.0
