cheap car leasing \ buying?

I want to lease or buy a car for the use by my employees over the next 12 months. Could anyone advise on the most cost effective option? I want to insure the vehicles for all employees. Does anyone know any cheap deals? The car does not have to be new by any means.

36 month is usual lease length, 24 month deals not too hard to find but a 12 month deal is rare and not really good value.

You best bet is to find a car that depreciates a lot from new and buy it a year old. In most cases such car depreciate slower from around this time onwards. Ford / Vauxhall / Citroen - the other fleet favourites.

Try a comapny called Tilsungroup, they did my Audi lease, fast delivery, flexible and willing to do a deal.
I got my A5 with a few free extras chucked in and love it - the 3 year lease is up in 6 months and I'll certaily be getting another one from them.
