hmmm I'm going to go against the grain here and say 18 months relevant work experience will look a lot better getting a job at the end than 6 months, also more money saved up etc. Also not messing your employer about may mean part time work or holiday work and maybe a job when you graduate?0

Think you should try to keep your job on in a p/t capacity if you can and take the place.....prapps you can join a job bank and do banking?Only that in my experience I find the students who have worked or are working in the job already, get their faces/reputation known and when it comes to a job they are more likely to get it.xXx-Sukysue-xXx0

You can ask to defer right up until the day the course starts. Unis don't have to let you, though, but will if you have good reasons.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
