Having worked in the travel industry for some 15+ years, when it came to my own holidays; Short haul - Tapestry, Long Haul - Kuoni, this had nothing to do with discounts just experience of client feed back.0

depends where you are heading. Kuoni have been excellent, but then again so have French Life and Hayes & Jarvis.0
