£270 all in or plus VAT?
Either way, quite good yes. If your hosue is not yet registered at the Land Registry or is leasehold, the company may fail to put a copy of either in the HIP leaving it unfinished and in breach. Just watch out for that.My posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:
My bad spelling...well I rush type these opinions on my own time, so sorry, but they are free.:o0 -
A lot of on line companies are charging around £200-£230. i used one that was very good(not advertising anyone though) If you are paying £270 inc vat then for a local service then it is good value. One national chain has just charged my friend £499!!! must have been a kickback in there. they were gutted when they heard the real cost.0
