My OH has travelled a 4 hour round trip every other Fri and every other Sunday to pick up and return his children (the PWC has never made any attempt to get the children to us). We applied for the CSA to consider this - even through our MP - but not a chance! We were never granted any change in our assessment.0

You are correct CSA1 did take mileage to and from work into consideration.
unfortunately in a straight line ( as the crow flies ) from your home to work not as the road runs.
And as I've said before they allow 10p per mile above that, but that reduces your payment by about 2.5P a mile , not 10p a mile:beer: I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex :mad:
I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )0
