Have read your posts but cannot find an answer.
Paying through CSA since 2005/2006.
Do we get any allowance for travel to and from work, about 40 miles per day, and picking up for visits approx 40 miles again?
Also incurred debt due to court/solicitors fees but received nothing from house.
Cant seem to get an answer from CSA?!!
Please advise

How is it? Whether you had a child or not you would still have to travel to work??0 -
I spend approx £250 getting to work, so my point was I wouldnt earn the wage without travelling that distance. So in effect am increasing the amount of maintenance I have to pay but also increased my costs, so am now worse off!! I think the CSA scheme 1 took this into account0

You are correct CSA1 did take mileage to and from work into consideration.cornishcouponer wrote: »I spend approx £250 getting to work, so my point was I wouldnt earn the wage without travelling that distance. I wouldn't earn the money I do if I didn't travel, but that doesn't make any difference as far as maintaining a child is concerned - they don't take it into account for tax credits either.0

If the kids live over 600 miles away then you can apply for the super duper variation which is not worth the paper its printed on. CSA dont care about NRP, end of!0
