Last minute - How last minute?

Hi

I'm new to booking my hol last minute. I'm about 4 weeks before my holiday period and yet to book anyway. Should I be booking my flights and hotel now? It looks quite cheap but I've already noticed two price changes in the last 72 hours.

My question is - how last minute is your online booking?

If you like the price BOOK IT and dont look back.
Alot of last minutes ,this time of year are Allocated on Arrival or the left overs.
It may go down more or it may go completely,so if its in budget.

Thanks, I did go ahead and book. What is cool is that the hotel can be cancelled 48 hours in advance for no fee so I can keep my eyes peeled for a better deal.

I'm going to Prague for 10 days next month for a total of £452.

Used travelsupermarket and booked the cheapest 3 star which was £24 a night in a special offer. Bmibaby flights were £236 for two people return.

Only thing I am concerned about is that its 7km from the city centre but I guess there is a good metro service.

IMHO 7km is too far out. You'll get fed up with those trams.
