Writing to the FOS...Abbey's reply to new template letter a no-goer

Hello,
I've had a reply from Abbey. And they're telling me to go to the FOS.
I'm currently typing out my FOS complaint but want to add a segment highlighting the Consumer/Bank relationship being unfair ie no choice of bank without charge scheme, when paying by cheque a missed payment doesn't incur a charge of £35, etc

Any ideas what to put?

cheers Gary

I would advise that you read this response from the FOS to a complaint using the new arguments - on post #2 http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/showthread.php?t=20889

Although it was unsuccessful it gives some indication as to how you should tailor your complaint - in particular the use of examples of unfairness ie the bank charging 30 quid for being overdrawn by a fiver etc.

I will be sending highlighted copies of bank statements, mortgage letters, company letters, credit card statements, CAB letters, etc for supporting evidence.
    Anything else anyone recommends?

    cheers Gary
