cannot get information from Paypal about 2 accounts

I'm hoping that someone out there can help me:
I had a personal Paypal accout, and had bits and pieces from Quidco etc paid into it and all was fine.
Then I sold something on ebay and the buyer wanted to pay by credit card through Paypal, so I upgraded to Premier.
Then I realised that I would be charged for everything (20p a time plus a %) so I asked Paypal customer services about having 2 accounts.
Paypal downgraded my account but gave me no other information by e-mail so I phoned up, and was told that I could set up a Premier account using my ING account.
Set up Premier account, but cannot get it verified because Ing will only accept payments from direct debit, and will not accept a 2 way arrangement, which is what Paypal routinely set up.
Paypal told me that ebay would tell me how to use the Premier account on ebay once the account was set up, but it isn't set up and I'm not feeling confident about anything that they say, now!
At the moment I have a personal account that cannot take credit/debit payments but which is attatched to ebay and
a Premier account that is unverified.
Can anyone tell me (as Paypal are no longer responding to my e-mails):
What (if anything) |I can do abut this Premier account.
Whether you can use 2 Paypal accounts on ebay, so that you don't have to pay fees unless you are paid by credit/debit card, and if you can, how do you swap between 2 accounts?
Sorry for the length of this, but this has been going on for over 24 hours and I'm beginning to despair!

If you sell on eBay then it's best to stick with using the premier account. You cannot specify in a listing that eBayers with funds already in their PayPal account send payment to X email address and eBayers wanting to pay with a debit/credit card send payment to X email address, it doesn't work like that.
If you don't want to pay the fees associated with having a premier PayPal account and would prefer to use a basic account instead then you won't be able to tick the 'I accept PayPal' box on eBay.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
Thanks for the info - looks like I'll have to open another bank account in order to offer Paypal if I sell on ebay again. This is so much more hassle then i thought that it would be!
Paypal have now been in touch and said that you can't use any online account (in spite of what I was told!) and my current account (at the only branch of any bank within 30 minutes walk of my house) is linked to my personal account.
I wonder if I could have 2 accounts at the same branch, or perhaps Paypal would work with a Post Office account?0 -
Might be easier just to open another bank account.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

It is possible to have both a premier and a basic paypal account, but as you have already found out you need entirely different bank details for them.
