family and friends railcard discount, is it still available?

Ive tried a search but there's too many results to look through in a hurry.
I seem to remember a fairly recent MSE newsletter which mentioned discount on a family and friends railcard. I seem to have deleted the relevant email.
Does anyone know if this is actually what I read or have I remembered wrongly?
If I remembered correctly is it still available and if so is there a link to go through? I've been to the actual railcard website, but no mention of a discount there.
Perhaps I've dreamt it all....
