yes it did... eventually it was probably the 8th time I called it finally got replaced.
Even I couldn't believe it, I know the processes and the exact terminology to use with the staff so it should have been as easy as anything it's what I do/use every day which is what really annoyed me
e.g. my handset was an indigo colour (thats what it's called on the systems/box everything), I kept getting told that the indigo was discontinued and I had to order another colour they offered me a blue colour handset (Orange have never ever ever stocked a blue version of this handset) but anyway I agreed with getting a blue for the sake of getting my phone, then when the delivery didn't show I rang and was told it was because they hadn't selected a colour on the system!?!?!? so the order for the new handset didn't go through :mad:
