Seems like lots of people have had this it sounds like an add on has disabled it
Heres a page with people discussing it - some managed to fix it - read it all first to decide which way you want to try fix it

Or if not try firefox its better anywaySave saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives.:j0 -

I will back Firefox anyday too! You could also try right clicking then using "Back" or using your backspace button?0
