Hi
I,m a newby to the site my question is, I have got 2 life insurances policy,s with my mortgage. I got the mortgage with Indapendent Finaicial Adviser in 2003 and have just noticed they are for the same cover. Can I claim as misold and if so how do I go about it?

You can have as many life assurance policies as you like. People usually have more than one as they have different needs. Indeed, for most couples, if you cover yourself accurately then you often need at least 4 policies/segments.
Are they both decreasing term assurances?
Were they taken at the same time?
