OMG this is such a good idea!!

I want to go to a posh ball because I could wear my dress then, with it being more a prom dress as opposed to a proper wedding dress.

There should be "national wear your wedding dress day" :rotfl:

I think it is a yearly event... I may look a bit odd standing on a building site in my wedding dress though, not the most practical wear for climbing ladders!

Have seen the full wedding pictures from my togs now and although there are some fab shots there are none with with dress fully on display (if that makes sense). Detailed shots of the lovely train but no face or upper part of the dress, or alternaively detailed shots of the upper part of the dress and face but no train. The few full length shots are taken from the front so dont show the train at all. Shame as I specified I wanted something that shew the full dress as we didnt have a venue where I could do a staircase shot or something, even sent them pictures as to what to expect.

Sooo the upshot is I want to do a cherish the dress shoot.

Hello All,
I came looking for our thread too-I miss it!! I would love to come to a cherish the dress shoot-I put mine away last week (back in it's bag) and it was so sad I would love to have an excuse to wear it again :j I live in north Hampshire, near Winchester, so can easily do somewhere in Oxfordshire.
Aarchk-so glad you found the bag, I would have been wetting myself with frustration at my in-laws if that had happened!
