weather saturday has changed 5 times in the last 3 days. I cannot stop looking it up lol. rain i was abit peed off, then sunny and a bit of cloud then when i looked today it said showers so i give up and will wait and see. Witney seems to be in its on little bubble when villages a few miles away have had different weather. They take the weather from raf brize norton usually for my postcode which is 7 miles away.

well today I have off work and H2B doesnt so I popped out for a manicure and brow shape then headed down to homebase for stuff to make direction signs with, dont think the beautician was too impressed.

Apparently good old emulsion wont last in the rain so I got a can of spray paint, however this does not give good enough coverage so am back to emulsion - not sure what else to do? perhaps just hope it doesnt rain on the friday night or put the signs up on the saturday morning and hope it doesnt rain on the day. Stupid weather. Currently am on 'light showers' for saturday...

Ok peeps,so I'm down to the last 3 days.....
The worst bit is everything is happening on Thursday- people arriving,cake to be collected,tables to collect,same with flowers,bbq's,decorating the venue on Thursday evening,so for the next 2 days it's just work and life as usual!!!!

Having my nails done on Thursday morning,think I'll need to chill a bit...how's everyone else coping with the countdown????
I don't think I'm going to get a chance to see any of the Royal wedding although really just want to see what Kate's dress is like:)

So less than 48 hours before I get married and I have decided I want a new dress I have had reservations about it but haven't really had anybody to get opinions from so have assumed i've been being silly over nothing. My mum and niece have now seen me in it and it just doesn't look like a wedding dress, it's a gorgeous dress but too plain for a wedding dress. I don't feel at all special in it and that's the whole point about wedding dress isn't it?

So after me having a good cry, my mum has said she will take me shopping first thing tomorrow to look but i'm not sure i'll find one. I had to have this one altered because i'm so short.

Can you not get a pretty brooch and add it somewhere to stylize it abit? Have you a pic so we can suggest ideas incase you have no luck tomorrow?

Aw Hayley! Hopefully you will find something. As maysie says a lovely vintage brooch would make a huge difference, maybe pinned on a sash with a contrasting colour/texture??

If its any consolation am having wobbles. Hate my shoes, hair, etc. Dress I think is Ok but am worrying I look too fat, will find out tomorrow when I collect it. I had a manicure earlier, my first one ever and she did my nails too short. My eyebrows were threaded as well and I think she took the sides in too much (as in the width of the brow, rather than the thickness).

Aargh, we put so much pressure on ourself to look the part sometimes!
