    Take pad off. Get a staple gun and some (furnishing) fabric you like. Cut fabric to fit over pad with about 5cm excess all around. Start at centre back and staple fabric to pad, turn 180 degrees, pull fabric tight and staple centre of opposite side, repeat for remaining 2 sides (try not to distort any pattern on fabric - you want it tight but not streeeeeeeeeeeetched lol) then staple rest, mitring at corners until secure, trim away excess fabric and return pad to seat. Voila a new seat :D
