Thanks again for reassuring me yesterday Luc. Surveyor came this AM and OH says he left OK. IFA says the valuation should reach the mortgage co in 48hrs so fingers crossed we get a good LTV and thus a cheaper deal on our remortgage.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Imade the mistake of watching someone having twins delivered by c-section when I was about 3 months pregnant. Haven't watched anything baby/birth related since:eek::o
