Business bank reclaiming

Hello
Don't know if this is the right section but it's all new to me.

I had a business bank account for 3 years and suffered a fire which hit our business hard. Due to this we had alot of bank charges on the account and wondered whether u can claim the charges back on a business acoount and whether u do it the same way as a normal account ??

Any help would be appriciated thanks

If the fire caused financial hardship then read my signature page 20. Please remember to check that you are counted as being a micro enterprise company or it may not apply to you.

Thanks for ur reply have read your page and as i understand it was a personal business. I recently claimed and won back charges on a personal account and wondered whether u can do the same with the same procedure on a business account as i have had a look at the statments and have been charged several times due to exseeding my overdraft and also temporary lifting my limit on my overdraft wich cost me £70 a month, thanks

If you are not or were not in financial hardship then hold fire because whilst you can follow the guide on MSE it is targetted at personal accounts.
