It actually looks like they have put the wrong pictures to the wrong links, the mirror I had delivered had a sticker on the box saying £100.00 not the £150.00 which suggests it was an error with whoever put them on the system

Hayhay, the links are on the top of the page, might be worth sending the links to head office if they can't find the item.

I ordered the Roccocco from the second link, plain black frame with mirror, I got the Julien macdonald laquer one from the first link which didn't have the frame, just laquer printed onto glass.
Laquer printed onto the glass? I'm pleased I didnt get that one!

lmao, my hostage was DOA so not much chance of a refund, probably the best thing for it though.

I think you probaby got the better deal though, I was really hoping they would get this one right too :(

Let us know what they say, maybe a screen shot would be helpful to them if they cant find it, and if it wasnt on the system how come we can still access the link?

Hermes (Parcelnet) or whoever they asked to deliver, some guy with a van anyway, picked my order up and it was out for delivery Friday, turned up today so had 3 and a half days to get broken. I imagine it was thrown into the van, I squirmed when he took it out of the van and he was not careful in the slightest bashing it around.

theres a button on your keyboard called print screen, varies keyboard to keyboard but will be on the right hand side. Click the link, click the print screen button, open paint and right click paste. HTH
