internet store not refunding

Hi just needing some advise, i purchased a camera len from internet only retailer SimplyElectronics.net about 2 months ago. The item got sent back to the online store by the courier company and so far I have been waiting since Jan 2010 to get my refunds. I have written countless emails to them, I do get replies, but always been the same "waiting for the refunds department".

Can SimplyElectronics.net take 3 months to process a refund ? What are my rights? I have not attempt to calling them yet, since the last 2 times I tried the message over the call was a wait time of 2 hrs....

No, they have 30 days to refund under the DSR.

Remind them of this, tell them they have 7 days for the refund before you start a claim with moneyclaimonline, if the money does not show then start the claim, very simple to do.
