O.K so started claim in 2007 with Lloyds on behalf of OH, rejected ect ect, tried to claim under hardship as made redundant with priority arrears on mortgage etc, Lloyd's responded with fob off we will get someone to call you they never did, to be honest other life priority's took hold and i didn't get around to following up, so have sent letter today saying not to close case, as still in same position regards financial hardship, included proof of I&E form Priority arrears etc, I'm not expecting anything and will go with FOS, just thought i'd post my position with this as all you MSE ers have been so helpful to me!!!!

Yes i will await Lloyds response, i had claimed financial hardship with them in june last year they had said they would get in conntact about our situation then but never did, they haven't ever asked for an I&E form from me, just sent a letter 6 weeks ago saying they were going to close claim, so have included in letter saying not to close all proof hardship, Thanks Natweststaffmember.0
