acas:best time to phone / best way to contact

hiya folks,

I've phoned the 0115 number (cheers SayNoTo0870) on 8 occasions, at different times during the day and up to 8pm.

Every time i get a recorded message saying that they can't even put me in the queue, and that I have to phone back.

Does anyone have any advice on contact method or on a time of day when it's particularly "quiet"?

Many thanks,

yogi

Email the details and include your phone number - they rang me back when I did that

8.00am - the moment they open - I've managed to get straight through whenever I did this - although this was around 18 months ago.
