PlayTrade - Tickets

I sold a pair of tickets for an event in late April.
Sent tickets 10th Feb - they were not collected from royal mail and have not been returned.
E-mailed buyer but get no response. I'm worried if I send them again and the buyer does not collect them I will not get them back till after the event.

What should I do?

I did send next day delivery, royal mail left a card, the item was never collected from royal mail - they had to return it to me.

I would suggest contacting the PlayTrade customer support team. You can get them on 08458001020. Just request specifically to speak wit the PlayTrade team. Maybe you can see if they can try and phone the customer on your behalf, explain what's happened and see if they can arrange for the customer to be in to accept delivery and let you know once they've spoken to them and arranged it. They are usually really helpful when I’ve had to speak to them regarding PlayTrade issues.

Failing that I would say the best option is to refund the order, email the buyer to let them know and relist.
