PCP Terms change after I've collected my car?

Basically I bought a new car on a PCP with scrappage, picked it up yesterday paid my deposite signed all paper etc.
They called me today and said they have "different terms" and the scappage has to be part of the deposit rather than subtracting it from the cars retail price and finacing the rest.
So they want to refund part of my deposite as I have now paid too much and increse my monthly payments.
Can they do this do they have a leg to stand on?

Not really, you signed the contract, so did they, tough.0

It's a bit late for them to ty to unilaterally change the contract terms now the car has been delivered. I think they are trying to tempt you with a sort of cashback, that will cost you dear in the long run, as how much per month do they want to jack up the repayments? You should tell them "solicitor says no" and tough it out imho.0

Yeah I collected the car yesterday.
They want to give me back £700 (part of my deposit) which will increase the payments by £20 or so. But ultimatly yeah I will be paying a fair amount more in Interest.0 -
Sounds to me like they want to lend you an extra 700 quid as it probably pushes they up a comission band for either the dealership or the saleperson0

take the 700, deny all knowledge later. It sounds suck a Mickey Mouse sales team that you might just get away with it!!0

No they can't change the terms of your contract after you have both agreed and taken delivery of the car, unless there was a obvious mistake. However your scenario does not seem to fit this.
