Hotels, do they have to honour price glitch?

Just been trying to book a couple of days away for 3 adults and a child (2 rooms) went through booking procedure online to find that the total cost came to only £76!!! :j Was expecting it to be much more!! Phoned them to make sure the price was correct and they told me it wasnt it should be £199!!! I explained that this is the price they have advertised and on the website i confirmed booking and recieved reservation code etc, was basically told that if i turned up at the hotel i would be asked to pay the difference in prices as was obviously a mistake.

I've just been on thier website again to find that this mistake hasnt benn sorted and it is still coming up at £76!!

Where do i stand with this, can i make them honour a cheap booking?
