How long for court?

And why not??? It was my caseworker who asked me to find out anything I could and it will be used in court as its things he is lying to CSA about
PWC claims not to be working and send them the evidence of her offering her services (no that type ) in open source publications But when it comes to the CSA they wont use that as evidence and it is a matter for the DWP and not their concern .
Maybe it will be different for yourself the PWC0 -
So on a CSA1 case where data protection files say nil assessment from day one, would this be proof to prevent them from trying to get large sums of money?0

mmmmm. where to begin. holidays etc, the written agreement we had drawn up. letter to my solicitor saying she was stopping midweek overnight stays. letter to myself stating that if i gave her more money i could have my 2 midweek stays reinstated. transcript of the text telling me the csa drone had advised her to cut overnights to increase my assessment.
enough proof, well, you'd have thought so.
csa weren't interested from the off. they sent the ex a calendar to circle dates i had daughter, she only circled one night at the weekend. that was all the proof they needed and only awarded me 1/7th.
hence my attitude and stance towards the csa. she lied and claimed fraudulently. i just returned the favour.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

I can understand your anger then, if she didn't supply proof, that is unfair.
I've just done the same thing (circling dates) as ex is faced with arrears and suddently thinks its a good idea to lie and say he had our daughter more then he did (to erase arrears). I have provided concrete evidence to support my dates with the hopes that it would contradict his dates - it did, and he couldn't supply any evidence at all.
So, I'll await the outcome and hope that in my circumstance they will use the evidence (all 20 pages of it!)
I have learned from this forum that it isn't only the NRP such as my ex that are snakes.
All I hope is that there really is such a thing as karma!0 -
if i recall, my evidence was a good 20 pages. including the calendar they sent me to fill in too.
they were never interested in following up any of that or the fact that she'd lied to them previously by putting a false name on the original MEF for the nrp when they originally contacted her whilst on benefits. (also have concrete proof that i sent them on that too) then mysteriously put a different name for nrp when she set them on me.
apparently, that doesn't come under their criminal compliance dept. that's obviously only used to investigate nrp's. the fact that there are a shed load of fraudulent pwc's out there is irrelevant to them.
still waiting for my MP to sort it out. i have reported the csa and benefits agency to him for investigation into why either department has done nothing.
i shant hold my breath waiting though.
still, they may have got onto her about it as she has now decided to call the csa off. strange that.
