Nationwide SUCKS!

Hi
General wondering; I am currently leaving nationwide due to poor customer service and the charges I have occurred that mount to £700 over 6 years. The charges started when I changed jobs at 18. Sometimes I was a day late in getting money into my account to pay my bills, as soon as they were missed I was charged for missed payment, but this sent me over my limit in which nationwide then charged me again for going over my limit in which I had NO CONTROL over. It was all down to them.
I would love to get my money back but with the courts delaying the case on unfair charges Im unsure of whether they will cough up MY MONEY! Could you advice if anyone has recently claimed their money back?
I am absolutely furious as I have banked with nationwide for 11 years. They kept the record of me missing my payments and going over my limit, but that stopped happening 4 years ago and they wouldnt give me a loan because of this. Even though I have a good credit rating now. Some personal advice if you bank with nationwide, dont get an overdraft and if you do dont go into it! My parents banked with nationwide and are currently leaving them too!:mad:
