When i was made redundant, my insurer woudlnt pay out because I hadnt "signed on".
Does this sound like an unfair exclusion clause?
Given that it led to my car being repossessed, because i couldnt afford the repayments?
Cheers

Hi there
Sorry to hear of your car and the redundancy.
To what I am aware of once made redundant you have to show proof that your signing to seek new employment in order to be eligible for pay out on the claim.
Check the policy, if you no longer have these, they should be able to send you a copy of this through the post.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
