T.I.A/Stroke and Car Insurance

Has anyone suffered a very slight T.I.A.and been allowed to drive after 1 month ?. What were the consequences with the Car Insurance regarding the premiums ?.

    As far as I know, if a doctor advises it is ok to drive and the DVLA do not require notification, most Insurer would not need to know. Therefore no problem with Insurance.

    Check this with your current Insurers or new Insurers when you obtain a quote.
