One Call Direct Insurance

In over 30 years of dealing with insurance companies I have never come across one as bad as this one. Nearly two weeks to send me a certificate of motor insurance, was just one of the many issues I was frustrated with. I have now cancelled my policy, at a loss, and happy to have gone with another company.
