i am having trouble with the site 123-reg.co.uk, i cant access the page builders to edit the website i have just purchased this site of someone and would be glad if anyone could give me some pointers

Have you tried making sure everythings on your pc is up to scratch.. i.e java enabled, flash enabled etc etc...
Also you need to be more specific with what the problem is. You say you cant access the page builders.. is that as you dont know the URL/Link? Or do you get an error? (If so what error) etc etc

You should phone them, maybe you have to wait a couple of days before being allowed to use control panel.0

I know the url of site etc
When i go into the site builder and then it says that you get a free page and a template etc with every website when i click on this and next this message comes up
