    CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES
    15 - 16 COWELL STREET

I've been in touch with consumer protection for him...and as a result have sent CCS a recorded delivery letter, and if CCS don't either refund the £200 or give a reason why they are not refunding the £200, then consumer protection are going to help retrieve the cash.

I will try to update this thread with any more news....

I would be interested to see how this progresses and I've also been scammed and have now had to contact The Ministry of Justice and will be submitting a small claims action as well. The Ministry of Justice have offered mediation but if there are enough claims against this company they may well consider revoking their authorisation...

It's only greedy, money for nothing people that get scammed. Others that do their best to pay back what they borrowed have nothing to worry about. Probably a lesson there somewhere.

This is probably the most ridiculous generalisation ever. Attempting to reclaim miss-sold PPI is perfectly valid and does not also mean that the person is also trying to, as it were, wriggle out of their legitimate loans/mortgages etc. PPI is a separate product and was often miss-sold on the basis that it was an essential requirement before being granted a mortgage deal etc. Your comment could simply be interpreted as a case of schadenfreude.

And what has PPI got to do with the ridiculous content of the original post?

The OP was hoping to get some sort of write off due to credit limit being increased.PPI was never mentioned. In future please read before making uninformed posts.

All it means is that you will have £200 less to pay back what you took and spent.
