    Thats a good point C-M, As there's no pattern to this latest increase as some who pay it off in full have been hiked and some who dont pay it off have been hiked as well. Unless, they are taking a percentage of different customers to stop it looking like they have singled out a certain customer type!

    As per my comment on another thread, this isn't true. Mine has just gone down 2% as of this morning from 19.9% to 17.9%.

    the pattern is your a higher risk just because your credit files shows your good dosnt mean you are ;)

    Would you like to put that post into English? Most of the changes will be an attempt to increase margins, as will Citi's 0.25% reduction in its savings rate. It will have very little to do with the risk represented by the individual cardholders.
