Do postcard entries have to be 1st class stamps or can they be 2nd as i remember my mom telling me that regardless of what stamp you put on postcards go as 2nd (if that makes sence lol)

Saw this in tesco and you have to purchase a kids comic there was stand displaying the comp and says what comics to buy for a chance to win, there is a small entry form in the actual comic, think there was toxic, disney & me, thomas comics etc
