need a form....still waiting...

ive asked and asked and asked for a form to send off with my daughters application showing our income.....i did it all online but totally hashed it up and forgot to do my partners dla so i phoned and they said they would send the form to me and

im still waiting...

3 times ive phoned up and checked they have had the right address and im

still waiting.....

can anyone help with an email contact that i could contact them through and see if that will get any joy???

What form did they say they were going to send to you?

You can always print pages 23+ off with an overhead letter and send them (recorded).

I'm sure its not the fully correct procedure though.

Well the forms here if you end up finding a printer. Otherwise good luck getting them to send it.

How long has it been, the SLC have a reputation for taking a long while to send things. It can take 10 working days (so 2 weeks) from them generating the letter/form on their system and you getting it.

it could be about 6 weeks start to finish now i think...ive just phoned again and once again the guy i spoke to got a form and put it in the envelope while on the phone and said he would personally post it in his lunch hour.......the last bloke said this and im still waiting but if it turns up ill ring back and personally thank him.....

I suffered this before christmas, my parents rang up for a form, which was promised to be sent out to them. 10 weeks later (!) I chased it up and the guy on the phone claimed that they don't send out forms, because you can get them off the website. Great.

I would recommend trying to get the form printed out yourself.

I really wouldnt hold your breath for the SLC to do something they promised

Best bet would be to download the form to a pen drive or if you dont have a pen drive then email it to yourself (save it to the desktop then attach it to an email addressed to yourself) then go down to your local library/staples/print shop and ask them to print it out for you. They can do it straight from the pen drive or you can download it from your email on their computer.
