Why has it most of the comments been pulled down, and locked.

Probably because someone went from stating facts to making libellous generalisations about the company.

The Former is legal, the latter less so

There was the occasional personal comment on there, which I guess is why the thread has been locked. It's still there to read though. There was a huge amount of factual evidence and research in the thread which showed very clearly that this was a very questionable company.

Personally, it would be great if MSE staff could remove individual comments or phrases rather than locking or deleting threads, but they probably do not have the resources for this.

I hope the thread remains as a source for Trading Standards, HMRC, journos etc. In the Powermatic Beds thread, an Insolvancy inspector actually posted and used the MSE info to help bring down a scamming company.
