Faulty phone!

First time posting, so bear with me
Purchased mobile handset last year on my credit card. Within a month, I had to request new battery, then a 'key' to unlock battery compartment broke, was sent replacement part. Then at about 5 months the microphone started to play up intermittently. Sent letter to the company with a request to reject goods as faulty (as suggested by Consumer Direct) No response. Sent letter to CC company and still waiting.
As the phone is now over 6 months, although it wasn't when letters were sent, do my rights change? It wasn't a cheap phone by any means!

Hi, have you kept copies of the letters you sent and did you send them recorded delivery that way they cant deny them being delivered if they were signed for.
They should have acknowledged you way before now there is a good site to go on which has really good information on what your rights are and what they can you can do it is called www.whatconsumer.co.uk.
I had a phone on contract that went wrong twice same fault the company kept refusing to replace but i kept on in the end they did sometimes it pays to keep on but definatly go and have look on the site it will point you in the right direction.

Will look at the site in a bit, thanks
Have kept copies of all letters. The first two to the supplier were sent recorded and have been signed for. The one sent to the CC was sent to PO box and I was told could not be signed forLBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors
