£1400 to install woodburner!

Just been quoted £1400 to install a woodburner!
I already have a stove so thats not included in the price, Ive added up the cost of the bits listed on their quote which only comes to £300 in parts.
They also quoted for 7m of liner when my existing liner is only 5m so why charge me for an extra 2m at £55 per M.
Where do they get £1100 fitting cost from?
Are they trying it on?
