Hi everyone - a quick query...I bought a suitcase from TK Maxx last summer and it has just had it's second outing. The zip has completely split and if it wasn't for a shrinkwrapping facility at Venice airport my smalls would have been scattered far and wide! I no longer have the receipt and there does not appear to be any identifying marks/lables or barcodes inside the suitcase itself. The outer material is fine as are the wheels - just the zips that are faulty. Do I have any recourse with TK Maxx even though I have no proof of purchase?
Thanks

In all honesty mate, I would say you havn't a hope. TK maxx are bad enough to deal with when you have a receipt/proof of purchase!! Worth the ask but wouldn't hold my breath0

I had a reply from TKMaxx and basically they can't do anything without proof of purchase. As I paid cash and don't have the receipt I am up the creek without the proverbial...Oh well0
