Luc-Well done on Sat babe-so proud of you hun xxx It's so easy to make excuses not to go and then the spiral of sadness pulls you down further.

Re. Farmville-I utterly agree-I am bad enough with DFW/FB that I do need to STEP AWAY sometimes-not for you, my friends, but the being on it constantly! I admitit is an addiction.

I really need to get back running-I just dont feel up to it-well, I think I am but then the thought of actually doing it and I cant seem to do it...which is stupid. I know...

    Sigh.

I have unfriended all the randoms now. Still have more friends than I expected:D Hope I haven't deleted any of you. My initials are DM and I'm in a photo with a black/red top if you want to check - I'm just not very good at matching real names to DFW names:o

bunny - just get yer kit on... run a wee bit... and head home... i know it hardly seems worth it when you compare it to how far you were doing but even if you go out, run half a mile and run home again, you'll feel a million times better for it....

and lets face it, you look good in the gear!

What about going for a walk in gear that you could run in if you felt like breaking into one while you were out there? ;)

Phew! Bathroom, kitchen and front room sparkling. Washing on line. Trouble is I always run out of steam for doing upstairs! Can't do much up there at the moment as my daughter is sleeping.

Will do the ironing this afternoon though and then I am up to date for the week.

I like this working from home lark!!

    Morning all

Sorry I've been missing for a bit, we are all moved into our beautiful house now, so getting a bit of time on here now, just waiting for the washer to finish so I can put another load in.

Hope you are all well, hugs for those who need them.

I agree with Maz, Bun get your kit on and go...even if its for half a mile. I seem to be going backwards with my running at the moment so don't worry!
