Does anyone know if Tesco will be charging for any p&p for the free internet phone?

I've not started collecting yet but if I only need 3 tokens, I could buy the Star and start collecting today! However, would appreciate any details on the offer, like is it a send-away offer, do I need a form, and does p&p apply etc etc

    Thanks in advance....

I don't know the answer to your questions, but I do know that Martin advised in this weeks news letter email to stay away from the Tesco internet phone. I copied part of here if you're interested.

"Ignore Tesco's 'internet phone ad': the normal phone is massively cheaper!
Tesco's launched a multi-million ad-campaign for its new internet phone (calls from a computer to a normal phone). Yet other internet phones are much cheaper, and none are cheaper than the top normal phone providers anyway. It charges 2p/min to call a landline, yet you can get it for 4p/call. It charges 10p/min to call mobiles, yet they're available for 4p/min. Don't touch it with a barge pole! Related Articles: UK's Cheapest Home Phone Provider, Free PC to PC Calling"

you can also book online - taken from daily mail website :

BOOK ONLINE Visit https://www.thistlehotels.com choose your hotel and dates and enter LLL20 in the promotional code box. Bookings must be made before September 1, 2006. A credit card number will be taken to guarantee the reservation. The offer prices printed are already discounted by 60% or more from the full price and the offer prices are the prices you will pay per room per night for every night you stay.

No charge for P&P. However, it's only available to the first 10,000 applicants. So no guarantee you'll get one.
