Rover 25 Auto Problem - any ideas??

Hi Guys, hope someone out there may be able to help me out. My Mum has a Rover 25 Automatic 2004 Model. It keeps losing power whilst shes driving, nothing happens when she puts her foot down and then revving really high and jolting forward.

It's been into the garage twice already for this problem but they can't find anything wrong as by the time they look at it it has stopped and is back to normal again.

She hasn't been driving very long and naturally this problem is making her very nervous to drive it anywhere.

Just wondered if anyone else had come across this problem and if so, what does it need to fix it.

Take it to an automatic transmission specialist:

as said find a good transmission specialist near you
could be something simple like an oil change or could be mega money gearbox rebuild

It's a Rover, they are designed to fail.

Get rid of it.
