Wednesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
Level One
mop floor
Level Two
Empty and wash out bins
Level Three
Extras- [STRIKE]Binbag dance[/STRIKE]
- HHI
- [STRIKE]Clean out fridge[/STRIKE]
- Wipe over oven and [STRIKE]hob![/STRIKE]
Level One
Declutter and mop floors!
Scrub the bath/shower/basins/toilets/bidets etc.. don't forget the outside of the loo and under the scanky rim.. it gets naaaaaasty under there!!.. oh, and don't forget the top of the cistern!
Level Two
Sling shower curtain/bathmats in the wash and scrub down the slimy tiles!
Wash away and mouldy black bits and furry webs
Polish up the taps so they shine!
Level Three
Wash light pull strings! (Painting with neat bleach works then rinse in a jug of water)
Scrub down the paintwork and radiators.. back and front!
Clear and wipe window sills and frames and make the blinds/curtains nice and clean
Extras- [STRIKE]Clean out the toiletries cupboard and put back the stuff you use.. and fling the stuff you don't! Do any necessary decanting so you have fewer almost empties![/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE] Replace and curly toothbrushes[/STRIKE]
- Polish mirrors and shelves!
- Make a note of stuff you do need to stock up.. and stuff you already have stocked up for 10 years!
Level One
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
Level Two
Vacuum the floor
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
Level Three
Clean 2 windows
Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
Extra Task List- Find 5 things to ebay/freecycle
- Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
- HHI
- Mid week fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!

We did have some good news (at last) yesterday though. DH went for a 2nd interview yesterday and got the call last night to say he was successful :TI need direction to perfection...0 -

Thanks, i think she is just worried about the hospital today she's usually alot worse the few days before and after an apointment, i think there going to try to medicate her again but i want my daughter not a couch potato in the corner.
I don't know maybee its time to consider medication but to be honest a diagnosis would be nice before labeling her as another statistic on ritalin.
oh well i will see what they say in about an hrs time. speaking of wich i best get ready myself lol0 -

Sorry I didn't get on yesterday...thanks to sexy for letting you know......I had such a carp day......alternating between throwing up & sleeping
one of the joys of my illness I'm afraid.....but onwards & upwards feeling a bit more human today
